But let’s speak for someone even younger, let’s say someone 25 years old. A 25 year old person has at least 100 and even more years to live with present technology. Appropriate sleeping patterns are going to help too because your body will be able to regenerate its cells faster and you will stay healthy away from diseases and other problems by having a tougher immune system.
Avoid bad habits like smoking and alcohol at any cost. Such habits work against you. They destroy your overall health by making you gain weight, become older faster, completely destroying your immune system and creating numerous other problems. Instead implement healthy habits to your lifestyle like drinking a lot of clear water each day.
